I’m not sure what that has to do with the EPA rules and I did say it was an opinion piece like his MLK piece you linked. The parts I highlighted are pretty much factual and I stayed away from the opinion portions. The standard isn’t dropping below what Bush set it at 2 years ago, 75PPM which is lower than it was in ‘97. The president isn’t rolling back anything, he’s just declining to let the EPA implement a new standard early.
