My sister just moved to Las Cruces; now I have four family members in NM all wanting to send me various chile-flavored foods.

She’s very close to Hatch, the source of it all! Except a lot of chile growing has moved to Mexico, because the pickers are more available. We share an aquifer with Carlos Slim, I think.
