Ike was kinda stuck with doing something after the failure of the Fwench. (of course they were trying to take it back which should’ve been a no-no) He didn’t want a repeat of Korea which was only a few years in the past. Kennedy didn’t have to send in more “advisors” though. The stories the libs tell is that JFK was going to pull them all out but Texas happened —— hahahahah what fairy tales they love to invent.
