OK, so Ryan’s rate of military spending increase isn’t quite as high as some Dems may protest.

But you’re still not answering the basic question: how do military hikes (even if small) plus more tax cuts = a balanced budget?

Why will Romney not have the same unbalanced budgets Bush did, considering the similarity in his approach.

Because non-military spending is to be cut. Romney may be wanting to use tax cuts as an economic booster, edging them back up once things have improved. However, that’s not something I can prove, so tkae it with a 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
