I’m breathing a slight sign of relief this evening because my enhanced drivers license finally arrived today. I applied for it at the end of February and I was afraid that it wasn’t going to come before my temp license expired. Now if things get so bad I have to bug out I have a proper ID. I think I can even use it to cross the border into Canada.

The border is closed by Canada except for people who live there and essential travel.

On the other hand, throwing yourself on the mercy of Border Services and applying for political asylum might work.
