We are truly collective fools as voters.

I’m not sure we are fools, though we might be.

Yet this topic is one thing those taken in by the Libertarian Fundamentalism rarely comment upon. Through raising money by taxation, and then spending that money on a variety of scientific, engineering, and medical projects the common good has definitely been increased, and the welfare of private entities (individuals and corporations) have also benefitted.
