I don’t know them, but it’s absolutely true that after the Fairness Act (or was it Fairness Doctrine? I can’t remember) was cut it became open season for all manner of bigots and haters to crowd the airwaves. Rush just did it most lucratively. Mark Levin has more sway than Rush these days. Hannity, too.
