Behold the power of redistricting.

If all the seats still leaning towards the GOP finish that way, the GOP will have 238 members, down only 4 from their 242 current count.

So no, nothing is going to change in Congress.

Take solace in West being booted, but that is one of the few victories tonight as far as Congress is concerned.

I’m not foolish enough to think there will be any monumental change in Congress, but I do have a little hope that the more politically aware Republicans notice the likes of West/Walsh/(maybe)Bachmann losing in the House, the trolls losing in the Senate, and the changing demographics of this nation……..and realize that redistricting will only protect the crazy for so long.
