Conservatives.

You have two cows. You graze them on federal land without paying grazing fees and they do tremendous damage to ecology of federal lands because you don’t care where they roam or do damage to water supply. The cows go hungry and you have an armed standoff with federal officials who seek payment. You claim ownership of federal lands that never belonged to you.
