I am going to give Trump a pass on that — reading is very difficult for him; he’s probably dyslexic and his total concentration on the teleprompter meant that he was reciting words he saw for the first time without thinking of their meaning. He cannot read and think at the same time. ( yes — I know — the last sentence could be amended to “He cannot think” with the other words crossed out)

I’m not giving him a pass…he shouldn’t have had to read it, he should ALREADY HAVE KNOWN.
