I’ve had some of the impossible meat on a Q’doba burrito. It was pretty hard to tell it wasn’t ground beef. The people who made it have got something that could really be a hit. I’m curious what it’s made of.

Highly processed soy proteins. It is fine if your concern is not killing animals, but there is evidence that it is actually less healthy than just eating beef.
