I don’t think Korematsu would be useful to the government in this case. The Japanese who were interned during the war weren’t citizens, mostly (prevented from becoming citizens). The children were, but they were the minor children of noncitizens, and not interning them would have meant separating them from their families.

Obviously, DT and his thugs don’t care about that, but the courts will.
