So, Troy Anthony Smocks is yet another grifting lifestyle guru/public speaker with an unhinged fascist bent..

There seems to be a large overlap between fascists/fascism and every sort of odd esoterica from the Hollow Earth to the Black Sun to QAnon Alien Occupation Forces conspiracies. I would find it worthy of research.
