They need to be prosecuted and lose their 2a rights. They are demonstrably irresponsible.

“He suffered enough” is the old argument of the man who kills his parents and throws himself on the mercy of the court as an orphan.

He is clearly dangerously careless, to the point that the “well regulated” aspect of the 2A takes precedent over the “right to bear arms” part.
