Of course, Reagan actually insulting his opponents was just part of his “great wit.” Obama jabs Congress and Republicans act like a bunch of children. That party really needs to go the way of the Whigs and Federalists.

When Reagan did it, he was being a swashbuckling cowboy. When Obama does it, he’s just being “uppity.” Something must be coloring McCain and Graham’s reactions. Speaking of McCain, can the media abandon it’s revisionist history it’s been trying to spin over the last decade that he’s some kind of moderate statesman? He was a nasty, hateful son of a bitch when he rose to prominence, and still is now.
