So you are saying that Congress in the past has not tried to restrict gun ownership nor will they in the future. I brought up the tax because that is probably the only way to do it without violating the Constitution.

So basically because Congress voted to do A at one time in the past then that means Q, R and Z just because you suspect it? Suspicions are great, I collect them, but they are not facts.
