When you think about it, how many of us have not made a dumb statement in the last few years. Anyone that blogs is thus unlikely to be able to run for office with that trail to follow.
I’ve made a few that stick out to me. Once a 6 foot,10 black customer came in my store and I blurted out “play ball ? ” without thinking and he asked “Why do you ask ?” Turned out once I got to know him, he was not even a fan.

You met a 6’ 10” Black man that wasn’t even a fan of Basketball?
And had no idea why you would even ask?
