President Clinton Signed “DOMA” - a Popular Bill at the Time. Proves one thing,
President Clinton preferred popularity to anything else, kinda like the “v” chip, school uniforms and Late Night Basketball.
Can’t blame him - at the time, it seemed as if history, if Not ended, had taken a Vacation.
Had the Issikoff’s/MSM’s of the world, rather than Matt Drudge or Lucianne Goldberg’s been the Order of the Day - Bil Clinton would have left office with 75+% Popularity.
