They are framing the impeachment proceedings as a political coup and an attempt to overturn the election results.

Trump is an “unnamed co-conspirator”, his personal lawyer and campaign manager are behind bars, his security adviser (still, amazingly) on parole…that would seem to serve as grounds enough to warrant an investigation.

They can frame all they want. It’s not working for them.
