The problem affects both parties. When Bush was president, there were plenty of Democratic crazies on the news shows. Now the Democratic side is Obama.

I agree on the leadership question. First words out of my mouth after listening to Michael Steele talk for 5 minutes was that he was a mistake. He had a good overall ideological perspective which could be described as a “big tent” but he just doesn’t have much back bone.
