What’s ironic is the same ‘trickle down’ dynamic believed as an article of faith is not happening. Cash is being hoarded, wages are not increasing, jobs aren’t roaring back.

So why were the recovery policies so top heavy? TARP was just about Bush’s last act. 4 years since with the people in the executive and Senate that never believed in trickle down.

I’m thinking the way to judge these polices of the last 5 or so years by what effect they had on US production of value-Product, raw material and intellectual, and other considerations 2nd or more.
