If the police reports are accurate, that’s a big IF, it looks like the first 2 shootings were completely justified but this 3rd one was an execution. An execution the Chicago PD has already ruled was “justified”.

It’s easy for you to sit in your nice little upper/middle class home and say what is or is not justified.
