I should point out that I have nothing against Samsung, I’m still using a Galaxy S4 these days because I’m too lazy to go trade it in. But even when I do, I still intend to stay with Samsung. Even if I was tempted to get an iPhone, I’d wait a year because I can’t afford a new phone every 6-12 months.

I’m fully Apple. I don’t trade my phone in every 6-12 months. I’ve had mine for 2 years. I keep them until it is just plain stupid not to upgrade. I just don’t want to learn a new phone that often.

Apple is easy — support staff are intelligent and actually help the first time.
