What makes it so insane is that elected GOP politicians listen to these guys and appear on their shows and treat them as legitimate people in the conversation. Limbaugh, Hannity, and Beck would lose a lot of their cred if politicians from the Republican party called them out on their shit or even ignored them. Either way, it would be a heck a lot better than what they’re doing now which is giving them credibility that they don’ deserve.

No, what makes it insane is that the rest of the media give these pols a free pass when they do. The pols get to brush off the toxic spew so they never lose mainstream (and the mainstream of Americans, I still believe, reject Beck et. al. in word and deed) credibility.

THAT’S the insane part.
