If Sanders has any smarts at all he’ll drop out immediately after California, vocally endorsing and supporting Hillary. If he waits even one week then Washington DC votes, and the 46% black population there will put a fucking exclamation point on exactly how and why he lost these Primaries. Hillary is going to run laps around him there. If he waits for that to happen he’ll have lost his very last chance to appear even slightly magnanimous in defeat.

I mean, he should’ve dropped out after New York, or at the latest a week later when he lost 4 out of 5 New England States. But if he lets the DC results come in without conceding first he’s going to end this thing looking like a scalded dog.

Tuesday’s Washington primary will be instructive, though irrelevant. What do you want to bet Hillary takes it big after Bernie stole the caucus? Same thing happened in Nebraska.
