Well, if someone is carrying a semi-automatic pistol as a ccw, having a round chambered and the safety engaged with one or two normal magazines for reloads is a common practice. That said, this gentleman does not appear to be interested in best ccw practices but in incitement and then being able to kill after the riot he incited started - hence the extended magazines that are generally only of real use on the range but do increase his round count.

I really don’t care if he goes to prison or not. I just want to see his face when he’s convicted of a felony and realizes he can no longer legally own any firearm and that even picking out up is a federal crime good for 10 years in Club Fed.
