Yep, I saw that. That waiver is never going to stand up, and I’ll bet they remove it soon. Equifax is in deep shit, and they made it much worse by the way they’ve handled this awful situation - CEOs dumping stock while they waited 40 days to make the breach public.

No way I’m going to use their ID protection service.
