That’s funny! But then again, they got him where he really lives, fining him like twenty bazillion dollars, which has pretty much paid for theMueller investigation.

True - hitting him in the pocketbook might actually be worse as far as Manafort’s concerned. He probably figures he can do a few years in the slammer (and maybe less if Trump pardons him) but taking away all his money? For someone like Manafort, that’s probably worse than getting a death sentence.

I understand he’s still looking at prison time for other crimes, so maybe he’ll get another 10 years or so tacked on to what he got here.
