Last month, at the suggestion of Hawaii Sis-In-Law, we got an Instant Pot. She mad some Butter Chicken in it, which was pretty good. But today is the first time I’ve used it. I’m making Pozole, which ought to be ready in a few minutes.

I have no idea how it will have turned out.

Pretty good! Could use less liquid.

I know that there are a number of garnishes that are traditional with Pozole. One time, I spent time slicing up cabbage and radishes, chopping onion and cilantro. Nobody used any of them. SO, now we just eat it ungarnished, barbarians that we are….
