I thought that he gave them a pretty coherent and ‘fairly’ well thought out speech on the subject, really, why is eating shellfish or planting mixed crops or not letting your fields lay fallow every seventh year or wearing mixed fibers just fine for 99.99% of Christians but homosexuality still considered an abomination?

He most definitely should not have added the “Pansy-ass” gibe towards the people who had walked out though. Sure it was true, but he didn’t have to say it and by doing so weakened his standing and strengthened theirs and their supporters.
