My favorite part of the Thanksgiving turkey happens this afternoon: tetrazzini!
And not just any tetrazzini…this one is with freshly sliced mushrooms sauted in real butter with homegrown garlic and onions; thick homemade handcut egg noodles; fresh shredded parmesan cheese (none of that dried up powered stuff in a plastic jar) tossed with homemade breadcrumbs and fresh Italian herbs.
I’ll let y’all know when it’s time to sidle up to the buffet.
I make sandwiches with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce.
