Not to mention it takes awhile to recover from that shit, you can’t just rush back into your day to day life when you start feeling better…

I notice as I get older (ahem) that it takes longer to recover and that voice in the back of your head that says “suck it up-go to work” doesn’t get any softer. If anything, it get’s louder.
