This reminds me of what I thought Bush might have done when we were still looking for bin Laden. I proposed that he get the US Mint to haul truckloads of money to New York and fill every seat in Yankee Stadium with cartons of dollar bills, with Bush standing on the pitcher’s mound in front of it all saying, “You give us bin Laden, and all of this is yours, plus American citizenship, no questions asked.”

But Binny’s long dead, so that’d be a waste of cash.
