At any rate, I’d buy reloading equipment if I were making bets. I’d stock up on powder and casings, for sure.

Actually, a law is being considered in 22 states, I think it is, that would require ALL ammo, hand loaded or not, to bear those silly tracking numbers and all OTHER ammo to be destroyed by the end of 2009.
