Well I’m not denying that the Repub’s went on a spending spree under Bush, but please keep in mind that a LOT of that money went to building up a credible military after Clinton tore it apart, R&R and production of the Air Dominence Fighter for the next decade or so (the F-22 Raptor) the war in Afgahnistan, the liberation and war in Iraq and something called Katrina.
The Dem’s can’t muster enough balls to do anything except CUT defense spending and ignore the (mostly) White folks in Ky.
Big difference when you take those numbers into account.
