Can you explain how, specifically, these two events were sexual harassment and not something else?

And I’m not going to argue that whatever you say…..heres why it’s wrong…

He forced an unwanted kiss on a woman. He mimed groping her breasts for a photo which he has admitted is demeaning to her. He grabbed another woman’s butt when he was posing for a photo with her at the State Fair. Lips, breasts, butt. How exactly are these allegations not sexual harassment?
