It’s pretty light on details. Probably nothing there.

They got burned bad by the Carol Burnett lawsuit (along with other messes) and have been fairly careful since. If they published this they believe, correctly or not, that they can back it up in court.

I’d bet a small amount of money on it now.

As SFZ said, they are a rag & the worst of the bunch in many ways. But unlike some “news” agencies they have been forced to pay for mistakes and wish to avoid doing so again.
