It will collapse on them, but most of them aren’t going to turn into violent people. There will be no conservative revolution, no matter what the Breitbarters hope for. Eventually, the deaths around them and the economic issues will break through, just like the economic issues did in 2008.

I think you’re broadly right, but I also think it’s likely we’ll see some horrific scattered incidents before this is over.
