It’s probably more that she doesn’t believe those who would bomb an abortion clinic are terrorists, even though their intent is to terrorize in a deliberate manner. As disgusting as it sounds, seems Powers is throwing cover for abortion clinic menaces. It was never brought up, never asked of her, and yet she offered it up. Disturbing to say the least.
