According to school officials, the only “dedicated gift” in the bequest was the $100,000 going to the library. (which means they are free to use the rest of the funds as their little shriveled hearts desire)
Background provided, the football stadium recently had a $25,000,000 renovation…

So long as sports remain a revenue stream for schools, they’ll keep bypassing spending on studies and putting it towards sports which fill the coffers but not student’s minds.
