Something of a bombshell: Norma McCorvey, aka Jane Roe, switched sides on abortion in the ’90s. In a new FX documentary filmed before her death in 2017, McCorvey says she was paid to do so.

Not a black and white story. But with Republicans, always follow the money.

Saw the ads for this, including the “This is my deathbed confession” clip. I have to admit, I was holding my breath on what that meant. In retrospect, if McCorvey’s confession reinforced her 90s “switch”, it makes sense that conservatives would be be hyping this non-stop.
