I found out why Kaiser in Southern California has been complaining about not having enough vaccines and is way behind the rest of the state in vaccinations.

Apparently the State of California was not giving Kaiser vaccines in proportion to the percentage of the state who have coverage through Kaiser. Apparently a new agreement has been reached so that should no longer be the case moving forward.

I received an email explaining this from them today and it claimed that they should be moving into the 65+ phase shortly. So far they have only been vaccinating health care employees and people over 75.
