didn’t mention handing over his passport, but prevented him from transfering money overseas.

*He is a billionaire, so $5 million in actual cash should be easy for him to get, even if almost all of his wealth is not super liquid. I suppose he has enough properties in the US that can be seized if he skips town.

He’s also lojacked so he has an ankle monitor. Passports surrendered too.

His fellow codefendent Grimes isn’t as wealthy, and also had similar lojack and location limitations.
