From 7-12 weeks surgical evacuation and medical is consideres equal tending to favour the surgical abortion because of the bleeding accociated with a medical abortion. After 12 weeks (exactly 12 weeks) it takes a special permission to perform a abortion and after that the woman have to “give labor”
