Your opinion on science vs. philosophy of science, which is philosophy, and not science, involved your not even making the distinction. But the two are not identical, any more than philosophy of history is itself history (except in the trivial sense of having been written sometime in history). Neither is the philosophy of religion identical with religion. Neither is the philosophy of mind itself self-consciously aware.

You have said that I cannot define memes. I replied by defining them. You have said that i could not distinguish a meme from a non-meme. I replied by pointing to the difference between words, which are always memes and the physical things they point to, which are usually not memes (except when those things have also been - independently of the speaking of them - imbued with meaning, like the carving of a sculpture). You have said that I could not separate individual memes from a memeplex. I replied by separating the first four notes of Beethoven’s 5th symphony from the total work. You have been demonstrably incorrect several times. And Hell will freeze over and Heaven will burn before you will ever be able to bring yourself to stomach admitting it.
