Well, I think every state will become more “blue” as we define it now in 10 years, simply because of the change coming from the younger voters.
In MO right now, I would say that much of the anger over the Health Care law has dissipated, having been absorbed in the 2010 election cycle. I don’t think the right wing is as assured of it’s repeal.
When I go out, I will be framing it as a clear choice between worker’s, women’s and civil rights for gays, or a choice against them in 2012.
I was heartened by the strength of the populist sentiment when I recently did some petition work.
