I learned recently (from my neurologist, but not about me, personally) that when your mind is going, the ability to read is one of the last things you lose.

V’s mind is deteriorating, she’s having minor symptoms of dementia. Her reading ability is still top notch.

She’s been tested & the doc says it isn’t serious yet.
