I’m right now going with (assuming this is not BS.) is that Russia was involved. They are the only nation to have ever use Po-210 as a tool of assassination.

Moreover, Russia’s report said that Po-210 wasn’t involved. Granted, it could just be a difference in methods, but it could also mean that the Russian Government is trying to hide something.
