yeah…it’s really surprising how you can add green chilis to virtually anything…not a lot, and not too hot…you get this garden fresh thing from them…and a bit of spice
The Central Market chain of grocery stores around here does a Hatch chile festival every year when they’re in season. They have a cookbook and sell damn near everything you can think of made with Hatch.
Good stuff, but it’s real easy to get burned out on it after a while.
