Impeachment is off the table if the Democrats take the Senate. Paul Ryan will hold a few ceremonial votes to keep his wingnuts happy but they won’t pass congress even.

Also, it’s likely that the GOP loses seats in the House. They are defending more “toss up” seats than the Democrats, so there’s a chance that some of the crazies get purged or more likely the leadership tells them to STFU and go to the back bench where they belong because they’re costing the party seats.
